Simply put, the teacup Yorkie is a tiny breed version of the Yorkshire terrier, which can fit effortlessly into a teacup. Despite their size, these tiny dogs can be very confident and bold. However, with their small size also comes some extra care. For example, since they cannot eat much at a time, you will have to feed them at lease once every 2-4 hours. Teacup Yorkie are all attention seekers, although they tend to be more reserved around strangers. These Yorkie are territorial, and will defend their homes – reason why they might get “yappy” when a stranger is around.
